Spielmannszug Milwaukee Drum and Bugle Corps has hosted Bockbierfest for over 40-years. In the spirit of the German Maifest tradition, Bockbierfest celebrates the arrival of Spring and sends Winter packing!  Enjoy a family friendly day of music, dancing, food and of course, Bock Beer! Spielmannszug Milwaukee Drum and Bugle Corps open the event with a musical procession, followed by the “Blessing of the Bock” and the 2025 Hofbräu Maibock Anstich (Wooden Keg Tapping with Free Beer).  Entertainment features one of the largest brass bands in the Midwest, the Freistadt Alte Kameraden Band. There are dance performances by S.V.E.V. D’Oberlander, and Alpine Blast rocks the stage into the evening.  Enter one of our Free & Fun Contests!
